The procedure for speed control with tachometer feedback is similar to speed control with

position feedback. However, a tachometer with analog feedback will often have a small offset.

When the tachometer is stopped, the feedback voltage may be slightly different than zero. This

may cause the axis to rotate slowly when it has been commanded to stop in closed loop control.

To adjust the tachometer feedback, use the Set Count Offset (#) command.

6.1.8.4 Controlling Analog Position, Pressure, or Force

Controlling analog position, pressure, or force requires an analog module with drive outputs;

therefore, only the 16-bit modules can be used. Controlling pressure or force requires the

pressure-control firmware option.
