Installation Instructions

n Installation, wiring, connection jobs and commissioning may only be carried out by specialized staff

from the manufacturer or by fitting and installation companies authorized by the manufacturer.

n Acknowledged engineering rules, but especially safety and accident prevention regulations shall be

observed and kept for installation, wiring, connection and commissioning jobs.

n Prior to initial commissioning of electric components it shall be checked whether the operating voltage

indicated on the type label corresponds to the one of the local supply voltage.

n The control of the fume cupboard sash control (AFS) shall be separately protected by fuse with an own

circuit. The air exchange rate function display may neither be used in a humidor nor in rooms equipped

with an explosion-proof device.

n In chapter 3, you can find an overview of the most important fume cupboard technical data. The technical

data specified for each of the fume cupboards you can find in the „technical documentation“ (not included

in this document). Please contact us for more details.
