Default settings / user reset

At power up a combination of buttons can be pressed to reset the active instrument setting and

restoring the default settings.

Forced English menu and standard contrast:

If the instrument is set to a foreign language and you cannot find the language select menu, do

the following:

Turn off the instrument.

Press and hold the button while turning on the instrument.

Now you can find the language select menu and select the language you want. If you do not

set a language the foreign language will return at the next start-up.

Small factory reset:

This non destructive reset can be used to set parameters to factory standards but will not erase

the log, the series list, the user list or the preferred markings:

Turn off the instrument.

Press and hold the button while turning on the instrument.

Factory reset:

This will set all parameters to factory standards and will also erase the log, the series list

and the user list:

Turn off the instrument.

Press and hold the and buttons while turning on the instrument.

RSC program

Main features of the RSC program delivered together with the LTL-X:

 Transfer of log data to a pc
