7.2.3 Loggings
The Loggings menu allows the user to view performance
information in real-time graphs.

The newest information is displayed at the right hand edge
of the screen. The graph can be paused to analyse data by
pressing and holding the OK button. To re-start the graph,
press and hold OK.
7.3 Main Menu
The Main Menu button provides access to menus for setting
up the MCD 500 for complex applications and for monitoring
its performance.
7.3.1 Parameters
Parameters lets you view and change all programmable
parameters that control how the MCD 500 operates.
To open Parameters, press the M
Main Menu
button then select
Parameters.
To navigate through Parameters:
•
to scroll through parameter groups, press the
Ⴃ
or
Ⴍ
button.
•
to view the parameters in a group, press the O
OK
button.
•
to return to the previous level, press the B
BACK
button.
•
to close Parameters, press the B
BACK
button.
To change a parameter value:
•
scroll to the appropriate parameter and press O
OK
to
enter edit mode.
•
to alter the parameter setting, use the
Ⴃ
and
Ⴍ
buttons.
•
to save changes, press O
OK
. The setting shown on
the display will be saved and the LCP will return to
the parameter list.
•
to cancel changes, press B
Back
. The LCP will return
to the parameter list without saving changes.
7.3.2 Parameter Shortcut
The MCD 500 also includes a parameter shortcut, which
allows you to directly access a parameter within the
Parameters menu.
•
To access the parameter shortcut, press the M

button for three seconds
•
Use the

or
Ⴍ
button to select the parameter
group.
•
Press O
OK
or B
BACK
to move the cursor.
•
Use the
Ⴃ
or
Ⴍ
button to select the parameter
number.
